About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated Microsoft SQL developer with two or more years of experience. This is a contract (40 hours per week, initially for six months) position. It is 100% telecommuting.

You believe that a problem is “something to be solved” and you can use your creativity, inquisitiveness, and critical thinking to do that.
Key Responsibilities

Reading and commenting on technical architecture and functional documentation

Reading and commenting on technical architecture and functional documentation

SQL Programming

Develop unit test cases for modules and screens you create

Back-end development in SQL and SSIS/Azure Data Factory

Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Supporting other team members during systems and integration testing

Estimate the labor it will take you to complete work, such coding a module or function

Attending and contributing to SCRUM meetings

Creating documentation (in code and in MS Word) describing how a program you wrote flows

Translate functional and technical requirements to implement solutions

Experience working remotely with team members who are located globally

Proficiency in written and spoken English
Requirements
Technical Skills

Excellent experience in SQLServer

Excellent experience with Microsoft Azure

Excellent experience with SSIS, Data Factory and other Azure integration tools

Experience with performance optimization

Proficient in MS Office applications

Proficient in Agile development methodology

Experience in reading and understanding functional documentation

Knowledge of Wrike a plus
Soft Skills

Proficient in English (written and verbal) for day-to-day communication

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setup
